Please note it is unlawful for anyone, other than those with a disability or that guest’s companion, to use tickets for disabled seating locations (unless such areas have been released for general seating). It is encouraged that guests who require accessible accommodations arrive 30 minutes prior to doors opening – doors open 30 minutes prior to scheduled showtimes.

Venue EtiquetteWe ask that you be respectful of others and behave in an appropriate manner related to the performance you are attending. It is never permissible to stand in any aisle space. Staff and security representatives are available should you need assistance. Smoking/Vaping and use of tobacco, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the building. No weapons or firearms are permitted at performances or in our buildings. Dx’s management reserves the right to refuse service. Patrons who engage in illegal activities, are intoxicated, or are otherwise disruptive (including heckling, public nudity, and smoking in non-designated areas) will be escorted from the property without refund. No outside food or beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are permitted inside the venue.

Are There Any Restricted Items Which Would Prevent Me From Entering?Yes, the following items are not permitted at Dx: No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm. Replicas of weapons also are NOT permitted. No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind. No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers. No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs). No outside food & beverage allowed. No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm. No stuffed animals or toys of any kind. This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of management.

Is There Security Present At All Shows Beyond The Venue Staff?Yes, Dx Club has security professionals present at every show.

Do you have a coat checkYes, We have a coat check. The cost is $5 paid by credit, debit card, or apple pay.

BackstageNo one is allowed backstage prior to, during, or after any performance without proper authorization and identification.

Venue EntryEntry to Dx is available by showing tickets on your mobile device or a printed copy at the door.

Photography & Video RecordingFor most performances, as required by the artists, no photography with the use of a flash or recording is allowed. In the interest of the safety, security, and comfort of our patrons, any expandable “selfie” type sticks or iPads are not allowed inside the building, including at performances.

RestroomsRestrooms are located in the rear of the building. A gender neutral restroom is available.

What Happens If An Event Is Canceled?In the event of a cancelation or postponement, an email notification will be sent to ticket holders with information for events sponsored by Dx. Please contact promoter for non Dx sponsored events with any questions or concerns.

Do You Allow Service Dogs During Performances?While we do allow service dogs during performances, we ask that you inform Dx within 24 hours of the performance to ensure we can properly accommodate both you and your service dog.

Lost $ FoundItems found at Dx’s club are brought to our staff. Please call 617-500-3203 to inquire. Items may take up to 24 hours to be submitted and are kept in our Lost and Found for one two weeks.

Do You Have A Full Bar?Yes, we sure do! Dx has a full bar including a wine list, signature cocktails, and premium liquor as well as beers and traditional cocktails for you to enjoy!
